Whether discussing Meaningful Use, Healthcare Reform or other changes across the healthcare continuum, the patient can often be forgotten. The goal of today's event is to highlight the work being done across the region to use HIT to improve the patient experience whether they are at home, in their clinician's office or in the hospital environment.
